To accommodate late registrations, the IFCPP Annual Conference hotel block
has been extended. The group discount for lodging at the Marriott Hotel
Winston- Salem conference venue has been extended until next week. If you haven't
already made a reservation, please do so now to ensure the discounted rate...
The negotiated rate for all IFCPP attendees, speakers and exhibitors is $119
plus tax (currently 13%). The Marriott will also honor the prevailing Federal
Government rate, subject to availability. Rates will be honored three (3) days
before Group arrival and three (3)days after Group departure based on
availability. To reserve your room, please call 800-320-0934. Make sure to identify
yourself as part of the International Foundation for Cultural Property
Protection Group. You will be asked to provide your guest name, requested type of
room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen, twin or suites) and
check-in and check-out dates. Any requests for special room arrangements should
be included at the time of the call. The Hotel does not confirm reservations in
writing. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit.
Individual cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to arrival.
After this time, guests will be charged for the first night of reservation or
forfeit individual deposits. If you're having difficulty getting through, or
have additional questions, contact Rob at IFCPP.org.
