To whom it may concern,

I am a student at UC Berkeley. I am doing a research project on
art/cultural property loss during recent (last 10-15 years) periods of
war/conflict in Africa. I haven't narrowed my focus to a specific region
because I'm having a hard time finding information. Do you happen to
either have any information on looting of African art and/or cultural
property in wartime, or know of anyone I could contact for such
information? Any assistance you can offer would be most appreciated.
