Portraits stolen from local gallery

Police are seeking information after a number of minature portraits were 
stolen from an Art Gallery in Kendal.

Thieves forcibly entered the Abbot Hall Art Gallery at around 10pm on 
Thursday night and stole the 18th and 19th century portraits, which were 
on loan to the gallery from a private collection.
