Grenadier Helmet of the 18th Century to Be Brought Back to Russia

In the near future the Russian Association for Culture Protection will return the grenadier helmet of the 18th century that was stolen from Suvorov memorial museum in 1994.
      
"The helmet was withdrawn by us from one of the auctions in Munich in 2003. Since that time we were solving the issue of its return to Russia. The owner was recognized a fair purchaser, as he had not known the article had been stolen. After negotiations with him the owner decided to return the helmet without compensation. The helmet will be brought back from Munich till the end of October," the deputy head of the Association Anatoli Vilkov informed.
      
The starting price at the auction in Munich was 20 thousand euro.
