Local artists paintings stolen      

A Burneside based award-winning artist has had £20,000 worth of his
paintings stolen.

Wildlife Illustrator Phillip Allder had nine of his paintings, including two
prizewinners, snatched in a raid on a gallery in Lincolnshire.

A years worth of Mr Allder’s work was stolen from the Roundhouse Gallery in
Spalding, which was hosting a national exhibition put on by the Wildlife
Artists Society. 

£100,000 worth of paintings were taken in the raid.
