I have already informed you that I will present your key contribution to the return of the Challapampa altar to Perú at the Congress of Americanists in Seville and that I am right now developing a local strategy to have the master piece of Hispanic Andean 17th century art go back to the Titicaca basin, asap. The cases of Rodrigo Rivero Lake and Leonardo A. Patterson are moving in the right direction, too. The case of the Hualoyo paintings is moving towards "Putting the IFAR inventory to work". The rest is up to you and to the cultural policy of the government of Alan García Pérez and the Aprista Party for the next five years.
